Rison Software is pleased to announce the latest service addition to VirtlX: Peer Reviews - allowing managers and peers to assess colleagues however, unlike 360 Reviews already included in VirtlX, the individual being assessed does not contribute to the results with a self review.
Peer feedback allows employees to gain an understanding of their own work as well as the work of their peers. This allows employees to figure an effective way to utilize the skills of their peers and be productive as a team. Asking peers for feedback regularly, helps employees understand their areas of development.
